Insurance and Government Placements

If a tenant or homeowner needs temporary accommodation while their home is repaired or rebuilt, we work with insurers and government agencies to provide self-contained apartments for the duration.

The full kitchen and laundry mean the placement works like a temporary home, not a holding pattern. Families displaced by damage or disaster get two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and enough space to maintain a normal routine while they wait.

NDIS and Supported Short Stay Accommodation

Boulevard provides the accommodation. We don't provide care services, but support workers and carers are welcome to stay with participants.

Every apartment is two-bedroom, two-bathroom. That means a participant and their support worker each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The full kitchen and laundry allow for independent living with whatever level of support is needed.

All measurements are from door tracks and are consistent across apartments. The 20mm and 5mm thresholds are at or below Australian accessibility guidelines for Class 3 buildings.
